Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end application support
- Investigate issues and resolve incidents
- Manage ServiceNow queues
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Collaborate with business units and service desk
Technical Overview
Hands-on support for enterprise apps; SQL, Oracle/SQL Server knowledge; ServiceNow familiarity; Windows/Unix environments and basic networking
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior IT product support analyst with 3-5 years of L2/L3 application support, strong SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server), and ServiceNow experience, comfortable with hybrid Malaysia-based hours and on-call support.
