Provides IT product support to Marsh & McLennan clients, handling end-user issues, troubleshooting, and ticketing; works with Windows and AD and Microsoft 365 to restore services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT product issues and support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT issues
- Provide remote and on-site support
- Communicate daily activities to shifts
- Maintain knowledge base and documentation
