About this role

Leads delivery of two critical IT workstreams within the China Digital Enablement program: Active Directory segmentation and application rationalization. Responsible for detailed planning, execution, and stabilization, translating regulatory and architectural requirements into concrete technical controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution of two interdependent workstreams
  • Produce and maintain detailed delivery artifacts
  • Lead decisions and unblock teams
  • Lead migration planning and execution
  • Translate regulatory requirements into technical controls

Technical Overview

Hands-on planning and coordination with identity, infrastructure, and security teams; ability to produce migration plans, risk registers, cutover plans; experience with regulatory requirements (PIPL, MLPS 2.0) and data residency; familiarity with cloud integration.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior IT project manager with 10+ years delivering complex regulated initiatives in China, including Active Directory segmentation and application rationalization, with strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls and drive two interdependent workstreams to on-time completion.
