Ross Stores IT Project Manager I leads low-to-medium complexity IT projects, establishing governance, plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications. The role interfaces with IT and business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manages production of project and workstream plans
Plans and leads analysis and stakeholder consultation
Plans and coordinates requirements and verification of achievement
Identifies risks, issues, dependencies and constraints
Maintains the ongoing relationship with existing Telecommunication Vendors and onboarding of new vendors

Technical Overview

Focus on traditional and hybrid project delivery, with PMO tools including OnePlan, Primavera, and Planview; proficiency in Microsoft Project, Teams, One Drive, and Visio; experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies; vendor and contract management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT project manager with 5+ years of experience leading project planning in medium-to-large organizations, proficient with PMO tools and hybrid delivery. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
