About this role
This role is accountable for delivering medium to high complexity store technology projects at Ross. You will plan, initiate, and manage project workstreams, governance, resources, budgets, and documentation while aligning stakeholders on scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large programs with delivery methodologies
- Manage project and workstream plans with resourcing and identification of activities
- Plan and lead analysis and stakeholder consultation for scope and deliverables
- Identify requirements and manage them throughout the project with verification of achievement
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints and manage progress to deadlines, standards, and cost targets
Technical Overview
The role focuses on IT project delivery using various delivery methodologies and emphasizes project governance, planning, risk/issue/dependency management, requirements lifecycle management, and maintaining documentation and traceability across IT and business stakeholders and vendors.
