Senior IT QA Analyst responsible for leading testing across small to medium initiatives, creating test assets, coordinating SIT/UAT/Regression, and ensuring SDLC adherence at Elevance Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies, creates, and executes test assets; coordinates testing across SIT, UAT, and Regression; leads peer reviews of test assets; ensures SDLC/testing processes are followed; identifies and reports defects and leads defect triage
Technical Overview
Hands-on testing leadership with Rational Jazz for RTC, Rational ClearQuest, Jira, and modern test tools. Stack includes DB2, Mongo DB, SQLdevelopment, TOAD, Postman, SOAP UI, Core Java, GraphQL, Selenium, TestNG, and Bitbucket in an in-office hybrid setting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior QA analyst with 5+ years of experience in application testing and IT quality, proficient with RTC/QA toolchains, Jira, and automation testing. They should excel at coordinating testing across SIT/UAT/Regression, mentoring teammates, and ensuring adherence to SDLC processes.
