About this role
This role supports DTCC’s enterprise secrets management and machine identity capabilities within the IAM Team under the CISO department. You will help operate and maintain the HashiCorp Vault platform, configure authentication and access controls, and assist in onboarding applications to securely consume secrets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of Machine Identity and Secrets Management platform
- Assist with HashiCorp Vault configuration and administration (secret engines, authentication methods, policies and access controls)
- Monitor platform health, availability, and performance; escalate issues
- Participate in onboarding applications and services to securely consume secrets
- Assist with automation efforts related to platform configuration and environment
Technical Overview
You will work with HashiCorp Vault to manage secret engines, authentication methods, and policies/access controls, while monitoring platform health, availability, and performance. The role emphasizes automation, secure-by-default application onboarding, and experience working within cloud-native and DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level security analyst who has hands-on exposure to secrets management and machine identity solutions, specifically HashiCorp Vault.
