IT Service Delivery Specialist responsible for end-to-end IT support at manufacturing sites, including ticketing, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational IT services.

The ideal candidate is an IT Service Delivery Specialist with 3+ years of IT support experience, strongCherwell and ServiceNow experience, and solid knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Exchange, and Office 365. They excel at cross-site collaboration, problem solving, and on-site support in a manufacturing environment.
