About this role

Digital Technology Site Leader for Avio Aero at the Bielsko-Biała plant, responsible for bridging plant operations with Digital Technology, delivering IT support, strategy, and adoption of digital solutions to improve SQDC outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence and Business Continuity: manage site DT needs and collaborate with central DT teams
DT Focal point and Leadership: represent DT at site leadership; participate in site rhythms
Technology strategy alignment: develop site DT strategy/roadmap
Cross-functional Collaboration and compliance: ensure policy/cybersecurity/regulatory adherence
Technology Adoption and change management: lead site-level adoption and training

Technical Overview

Focus on DT strategy alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and change management with adherence to cybersecurity and regulatory requirements; budget ownership and site-level DT deployments.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced IT/site leader with strong ITIL credentials, Agile/Scrum background, and Lean Six Sigma experience. Should have manufacturing/ shop floor exposure, cybersecurity awareness, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives at site level.
