About this role

IT Solution Owner leads the end-to-end planning and delivery of finance hedging technology solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications and coordinating across stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical design decisions
  • Elicit business requirements or support business systems analyst to translate needs into actionable specifications
  • Partner with stakeholders, architects and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and soundness throughout the SDLC
  • Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation strategies
  • Stay current with industry trends and improve technology through innovative approaches

Technical Overview

Technical scope includes cloud-based infrastructure, Agile SDLC, and cross-functional collaboration with architecture and engineering teams; familiarity with Jira, GitLab, GitHub is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT product/project manager (7+ years) with strong Agile and SDLC discipline, capable of driving complex finance/hedging software initiatives in a cloud environment, and skilled at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Must-Have Skills

IT Project or Product Management experience (7+ years of experience)Self-driven ability to understanduncoverresolveand recommend options to solve complex business issues with technology solutions.Excellent communicatorconflictand problem solver.Experience working in an Agile environment is required.
