IT Specialist I/II provides support for Entergy's Power Delivery applications, including development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-call coverage across Windows and Unix environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operations support and ensure production systems are online
Maintain Power Delivery systems availability
Troubleshoot custom/vendor apps
Interface with vendors for upgrades
Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation

Technical Overview

Strong cross-platform development and support skills, with experience in IIS, AD/LDAP, PowerShell, SQL/Oracle, and multiple programming languages; supports real-time systems and cyber security activities.

Ideal Candidate

An IT specialist who can support Entergy's Power Delivery applications, with broad Windows/Unix environment experience, strong scripting (PowerShell), and proficiency in multiple languages (C#, JavaScript, Python).
