About this role
IT Support Administrator provides hybrid IT support for CPMI, including Office 365, Azure AD, Windows, and networking; responsible for incident resolution, onboarding, documentation, and coordination with IT leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and resolve end-user IT issues
- Log, track, and manage support tickets
- Administer and maintain systems
- Provide onboarding/offboarding
- Communicate updates to IT leadership
Technical Overview
Supports and maintains Office 365, Azure AD, CTMS and other systems; performs user provisioning, device setup, and access management; ensures regulatory compliance and timely ticket resolution.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT support professional with strong Office 365 and Azure AD skills, Windows administration, and network experience, capable of hybrid on-site/remote support in a regulated healthcare environment.
