About this role
Entry-level IT Support role at an MSP supporting end users via phone or email, with responsibilities spanning basic helpdesk tasks, Office 365/QuickBooks support, and hardware setup. Training is provided and fast-track opportunities exist to advance to technician roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from clients
- Resolve simple or fast tickets
- Create tickets and route calls to a team of technicians
- Provide application support (Office/Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Configure hardware and install common peripheral devices
Technical Overview
