IT Support Specialist needed to deliver remote and on-site support for macOS, iOS, and Windows 11, manage Microsoft 365 apps, and troubleshoot a variety of OS and software issues.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver in-person and remote technical support for macOS, iOS, and Windows 11 systems
Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Troubleshoot OS, software, printers, and peripherals
Document incidents, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions
