About this role
This role involves providing technical support for managed IT services, including troubleshooting, support ticket resolution, and client communication. The technician will work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 3 support teams in a hands-on, in-person environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve support tickets
- Provide remote and on-site support
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Assist with deployments and migrations
- Document work in ConnectWise and IT Glue
Technical Overview
Supports Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking hardware, and backup solutions. Uses ConnectWise, Datto, and Ubiquiti platforms to manage client environments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT support technician with 2+ years of MSP or fast-paced support experience, strong networking fundamentals, and excellent customer service skills. They should be comfortable supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory in a hands-on environment.
