This role provides remote first-level support to clients, troubleshooting Windows and network issues, and assisting with desktop imaging and documentation.

Technical Overview
Supports Windows 10-11, MS Office, EntraID, and basic network troubleshooting including LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN in a remote help desk environment.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Help Desk engineer with 3+ years of experience, proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, and network troubleshooting. They should excel in customer service and be comfortable working remotely supporting end users.
