About this role
IT Support Field Technician provides on-site IT support for SMB clients across Central Florida, diagnosing and repairing desktops, laptops, printers, and networks, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain IT equipment
- Install and configure operating systems, software, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, and basic networking
- Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Document service calls and resolutions using a ticketing system
Technical Overview
Tech scope includes Windows and macOS environments, basic networking, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, ticketing systems, and remote support tools; field-based with local travel.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT field technician with 3+ years in on-site IT support, strong problem solving and customer communication, able to manage Windows and macOS environments and support Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
