About this role
IT Support Specialist on-site in Fort Lauderdale supporting hardware, software, and ERP-related systems. This role involves installing software, supporting end users, and coordinating with other IT teams to maintain productive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support service personnel in installation of hardware and peripheral components on user's premises
- Load specified software packages into computers
- Verify system operation through commands and feedback
- Provide instructions to team on equipment usage and maintenance
- Respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnose problems
Technical Overview
Technical scope includes Office 365, Windows environments, and Quantum ERP with on-site hardware/software support. Emphasis on user support, troubleshooting, and IT-problem resolution in a global context.
Ideal Candidate
