About this role

IT Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Coral/Fort Myers area. Fully onsite contract-to-hire role providing end-user hardware, software, and network support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver prompt technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to end-users
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems
Monitor and ensure optimal performance of network infrastructure
Perform regular system updates, upgrades, and maintenance
Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Technical Overview

Respond to help desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, maintain documentation, and perform system updates; collaborate with IT Administrator to improve IT systems.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT support specialist with hands-on experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, capable of working on-site in a fast-paced environment.
