Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot information systems technologies for employees, including security and new device setup. Record, track, and escalate help desk calls with strong customer service and urgency.

Technical Overview
Hands-on support covering custom image deployment, branch switch and firewall configuration, and security camera system support. Provides end-user troubleshooting using networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, FTP, DHCP, Telnet, routing, and client/server computing, along with device installation and user administration tasks.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of technical support experience and can confidently troubleshoot end-user hardware and software issues while handling IT help desk call tracking and escalations. They have hands-on networking fundamentals experience (TCP/IP, FTP, DHCP, Telnet, routing, and client/server computing) and practical skills deploying custom images, configuring branch switches and firewalls, and supporting security camera systems.
