About this role
D-Wave is hiring an IT Support Specialist II to deliver reliable end-user technical support for employees in remote and local settings. The role covers troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux, managing accounts and access, and supporting onboarding/offboarding and endpoint maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user IT support across Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts and access (Active Directory, cloud identity platforms)
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, updates, and endpoint health checks
- Assist with automated deployment solutions (PXE, Windows Deployment, Intune, scripting)
Technical Overview
This role is focused on end-user IT support and endpoint lifecycle management. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform patching and endpoint health checks, and assist with automated deployments using PXE, Windows Deployment, and Intune along with scripting and configuration management.
