This role involves providing technical support for desktops, laptops, and network hardware, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and managing user accounts in Active Directory. The position supports remote and on-site users in a fast-paced IT environment.

Technical Overview

The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT support specialist with at least 4 years of experience providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and managing Active Directory and network hardware. They should be proficient in Windows and Linux environments, with certifications like CCNA or Network+ preferred.
