About this role
IT support role providing on-site first-level technical support across multiple Easter Seals locations. Responsibilities include hardware setup, software installation, networking troubleshooting, and customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and install desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware
- Configure and install software and drivers, including maintenance during separations
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
- Diagnose system problems and follow through until issues are resolved
- Maintain accurate inventory of desktops, laptops and other assigned technology
Technical Overview
Hands-on support across desktops, laptops, printers; basic networking (switches/routers/Wi-Fi); Office 365; encryption and data confidentiality; inventory management; on-site coordination.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT support professional with strong customer service and basic networking knowledge, able to set up desktops, laptops, printers, and support across multiple sites; comfortable with on-site roles and driving between locations.
