Provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot employee issues, and manage PC repair and deployment across the organization’s locations. The role requires strong customer service, multi-location support experience, and a focus on resolving problems quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve employee issues in a timely manner using outstanding customer service

- Perform PC repair, troubleshooting, and deployment
- Support Windows 11 PCs, thin clients, Citrix Support, and Cisco Phone System (WebEx Contact Center)
- Manage multiple organizational IT projects with minimal guidance
Technical Overview
This is a deskside/support role centered on Help Desk System tickets and hands-on support for Windows 11 PCs and thin clients. You will also support Cisco Phone System (WebEx Contact Center) and Citrix Support, with potential involvement in desktop imaging and deployment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 3+ years help desk experience and 4+ years Windows experience, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills in a multi-location environment. They can perform PC repair, troubleshooting, and deployment, and have familiarity with Windows 11, thin clients, Citrix Support, and Cisco Phone System (WebEx Contact Center). They are willing to work in person in Sarasota and manage multiple organizational IT requests with minimal guidance.
