About this role
IT Support Technician responsible for POS and retail IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, printers/scanners, and network connectivity in a Fort Lauderdale store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for assigned tickets
- Responsible for new PC setups, maintenance, software updates, and hardware incidents
- OS support (Windows 10/11 and Mac OS X)
- Resolve tickets and document root causes
- Support POS software/hardware and related peripherals
Technical Overview
Supports Windows/macOS endpoints, POS software/hardware, printers/scanners, TCP/IP networking, VPN; emphasizes security best practices and customer service.
