About this role
IT Support Technician supporting secure government/private sector operations with Tier 1 end-user support, imaging/repair of PCs, and IA/compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT helpdesk support (Tier 1) for end-users on-site and remotely; Configure and maintain equipment including desktops, laptops, VMs, printers, and phones; Create and maintain user accounts; Document common issues; Support patching and physical maintenance
Technical Overview
Windows and Linux environments; AD/GP; Office 365; VMware ESXi/vCenter; ITSM; IA guidelines; after-hours on-call
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT support technician with a TS clearance and DoD 8570 Level 2 certification, capable of supporting Windows and Linux environments, AD/GP, and Office 365, with VMware ESXi experience and willingness to operate in a secure, on-site setting.
Must-Have Skills
