Key Responsibilities
- Perform managerial activities such as hiring, performance management, associate development, department staffing, budgeting, and communicating and enforcing policies and procedures
- Determine resources and skills required for ongoing activities and provide leadership to staff all projects within your area of responsibility
- Provide coaching to encourage career development, growth, and success for direct reports
- Maintain an aggregate view of customer demand for IT support versus IT resource capacity and assign work based on priority and skill set
- Design and use management reports to maximize IT resource utilization and evaluate resource planning tools
