Technical Overview
Supports business systems and applications, incidents via ITSM, validates user requirements, and collaborates with teams; knowledge of Security+, CCNA, Network+, MCSE preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT technician with 3+ years of experience in site services support, proficient with ITSM tools, and holds at least one of Security+, CCNA, Network+, or MCSE. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment in Akron, OH with strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
