IT User Support Specialist provides technology consulting and support in a legal office environment, focusing on end-user support, email archiving, and AV/ conferencing systems with occasional travel between Miramar and Miami.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports computer hardware and software, maintains hardware asset inventory
- Oversees system setups, breakdowns, and office moves
- Supports conference room services with video conferencing, AV setups
- Supports mobile devices with InTune, Microsoft Outlook Mobile
- Supports telephone and voicemail systems
