IT Vendor Management Lead responsible for governance and contracting excellence for high-risk security suppliers, identity platforms, and resellers; partners with Cybersecurity, IAM, Infrastructure Security, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Serve as the primary strategic owner for assigned supplier relationships
  • Lead and mature supplier governance including QBRs, executive reviews, steering committees, and strategic roadmaps
  • Oversee contract strategy, renewals, enterprise licensing, SaaS agreements, consumption models, pricing optimization, and SLA development
  • Partner with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, Architecture to align requirements
  • Lead escalations, risk mitigation, and performance remediation; vendor accountability

Focus on vendor risk management, cybersecurity vendor ecosystem, IAM and zero-trust architectures, cloud security, and enterprise licensing with renewals and SLA management.

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT vendor management professional (7+ years) focused on cybersecurity suppliers, large reseller/VAR relationships, and enterprise licensing, with strong financial acumen and regulatory compliance knowledge across HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC2/SOX.
