About this role
The IT Vendor Manager leads the Vendor Management team and owns the full lifecycle of third-party vendor relationships. The role ensures vendors deliver measurable value through governance, SLA management, contract governance, performance management, and offboarding, while coordinating with Finance, Legal, Security, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and set standards for vendor governance and vendor management practices
- Own assigned vendor relationships and ensure delivery against contractual commitments and SLAs
- Oversee vendor lifecycle activities from onboarding through offboarding with security and contractual alignment
- Monitor vendor performance and commercial terms to ensure measurable business value
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT Directors, SBPs, and PMO
