About this role
Support IT asset management operations including end-user hardware, device deployment, and asset tracking. Maintain inventory accuracy, assist with warranty and procurement processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1-2 technical support for end-user devices
- Configure and stage devices
- Coordinate device replacement, repair, and warranty processing
- Monitor and manage service tickets to meet SLAs
- Manage wireless/mobile devices across carrier portals
