About this role
Financial Analyst II supporting enterprise expense management and financial governance in the Newport Beach Enterprise division. Responsibilities include journal entries, budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting using PeopleSoft and Oracle EPM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Track enterprise project expenses and provide governance
- Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Maintain metadata in Oracle EDM
- Budget forecasting and variance analysis
Technical Overview
Technical scope includes PeopleSoft finance applications and Oracle EPM/EPBCS with EDM data management; heavy use of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and dashboards.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level financial analyst with 2-5 years of FP&A experience, proficient in PeopleSoft and Oracle EPM (EPBCS/EDM), and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to support expense management and executive reporting.
