Global Systems Requirements Process Manager leads the development and governance of requirements management processes across global product systems. They enable distributed teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and drive continuous improvement in MBSE practices.

Key Responsibilities

Define standard processes, methods, and tools for requirements management across system levels
Enable globally distributed teams to translate needs into clear requirements
Partner with Global System Architecture Manager to align processes
Provide training, coaching, and templates
Monitor compliance, KPIs, and automation of processes

Technical Overview

Focus on SysML-based model-driven systems engineering, MBSE tooling, formal requirements management, Agile/Lean methods, and cross-domain integration (mechanical/electrical/software) with a global architecture perspective.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced systems engineer with 5+ years in requirements engineering and MBSE, capable of formal requirements management, systems architecture, and driving process automation across global teams in the agricultural/industrial sector.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering with a focus on requirements engineering and management (automotive or agricultural sector preferred)Solid knowledge of SysML and MBSE toolsProven expertise in formal requirements management and system architectureDemonstrated ability to improve and scale processes using AgileLeanand automation technologiesBroad interdisciplinary knowledge across mechanicalelectricaland software engineering domainsExcellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel internationally
