About this role
The Investment Banking Analyst II supports execution of complex financial transactions within Corporate & Investment Banking. Responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, market research, and presenting client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply accounting, corporate finance and capital markets concepts to support transaction analysis and execution
- Build and refine financial models
- Conduct due diligence and market research
- Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books and market updates
- Synthesize data to support strategic recommendations
Technical Overview
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg and Capital IQ; securities licenses required (SIE, Series 79, Series 63).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level investment banking analyst with 1-3 years of experience, strong financial modeling and presentation skills, and active securities licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63). They should support deal teams with due diligence, market research, and client materials.
