About this role
Platform Owner Lead for Commercial Excellence technology operations at Owens Corning drives operational excellence by standardizing and securing CE technology management with a focus on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CRM user management, including user setup, security roles, access controls, and service accounts
- Manage CE team Power Platform environments and licenses, provisioning, copying, deleting, and storage management
- Own CE team support, issue intake, ticketing, monitoring, and incident response coordination
- Lead deployment of solutions across environments with deployment automation and ITCC processes
- Lead SDLC ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, estimations) and drive delivery
Technical Overview
The role centers on Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Dataverse with governance over SDLC processes, deployment automation, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with managed services and developers.
