Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Manager for the Manager Leadership Program in Wealth and Investment Management; a 24-month program designed to develop future field leaders through business development, recruiting, branch administration, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing business development, recruiting, team development, branch administration, compliance, and operations
- Support Market Manager to implement market business plans
- Manage a branch or territory for periods of time
- Assist in developing management teams
- Address regulatory and licensing requirements
