About this role

Support the ETF Capital Markets team in daily activity, coordinate with APs/market makers, monitor market activity and liquidity, and drive process improvements across internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ETF capital markets activities including creation/redemption orders
  • Manage relationships with APs, market makers, and exchanges
  • Monitor secondary market activity and identify dislocations
  • Track ETF market metrics (volume, liquidity, spreads, flows)
  • Provide coverage during core trading hours and resolve trade/settlement issues

Technical Overview

Focus on ETF mechanics and market structure; utilize Bloomberg and market data platforms; perform daily regulatory and operational reviews including Rule 6C-11 compliance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level ETF capital markets professional with 2+ years of ETF experience, a Series 7 license, and strong familiarity with Bloomberg and ETF mechanics. They excel at cross-functional collaboration and have proven ability to monitor, analyze, and improve ETF trading workflows.
