About this role
Manufacturing Engineer II will evaluate manufacturing processes by analyzing design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; modify processes to reduce scrap and increase productivity; improve workflow and equipment layout; ensure product and process quality; provide cost and planning data; coordinate maintenance and validation efforts.

Technical Overview
Role covers mechanical and mechatronic systems design with emphasis on molding processes, CAD modeling, BOM management, process validations, and able to travel up to 5% domestically.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level manufacturing engineer with 2+ years of experience, strong CAD skills (Creo or SolidWorks), lean manufacturing knowledge, and hands-on experience with molding processes; capable of leading design and validation tasks and occasional travel.
