Technology Support Escalation Mac Engineer responsible for L3 macOS incidents, large-scale MDM management, and automation to improve reliability and user experience in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as L3 escalation for macOS incidents and problems
- Administer and optimize MDM at scale
- Build scripts and automation
- Monitor fleet health and KPIs
- Collaborate on cross-platform issues with Windows teams
Technical Overview
Deep macOS expertise with Jamf/Workspace ONE, ABM/VPP, MDM, VDI/Citrix, endpoint security, and telemetry through Splunk; cross-platform collaboration with Windows teams and security.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an escalation Mac support engineer with 5+ years in macOS engineering and MDM administration within large enterprises, strong knowledge of Jamf/Workspace ONE, and experience with Citrix/VDI and endpoint security tooling.
