About this role
Partner with business teams to design and implement complex analytics solutions and data integrations supporting insurance processes. Serve as the liaison between IT, data science, and product management to deliver dashboards and data insights.
Key Responsibilities
- design and implement complex value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives
- collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify analytics requirements
- creates detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs
- liaises between IT, data science/R&D teams and Product Management for analytics models and data solutions
- develops and implements complex enterprise-wide data integration strategies to enhance reporting
Technical Overview
Concentrates on data extraction, manipulation, and presentation using SQL and Power BI; utilizes Excel for data management and scenario analyses; coordinates UAT and technical specifications for analytics deliverables.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level business solutions analyst with 5+ years in P&C insurance, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and experience delivering analytics-based data solutions and dashboards across IT and business teams.
