About this role
Senior Station Manager responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station. Leads a team of managers, drives lean initiatives, and ensures safety and performance targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee safety, quality, performance and people development for DS operations
- Drive lean initiatives and process improvements to meet/exceed business plan
- Set expectations for Operations, Area and Shift Managers and measure performance
- Manage relationships with DSPs, Transport & Sortation, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR
- Present operational metrics to senior leadership
