About this role
Technology Support III focuses on end-to-end testing for payment flows, including UAT cycles, API testing, and cross-functional defect triage; maintains JIRA dashboards and collaborates with engineering, SRE, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end testing support for payment flows (UI based), executing functional UAT test cycles and regression suites
- Maintain JIRA dashboards for complex cross-functional projects
- Perform manual API testing
- Collaborate with engineering, SRE, and Product teams to prioritize defects
- Track operational KPIs and produce status updates
