Lead day-to-day warehouse and shop testing activities for Exelon's Berwyn facility, supervising bargaining unit employees and coordinating with Area Supervisor to ensure timely, safe, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Area Supervisor to monitor bargaining unit productivity and assign work
Perform acceptance testing on repaired electrical equipment
Coordinate scheduling and overtime for day-to-day activities
Interface with other business units to ensure timely completion of work
Establish and maintain a safe work environment; monitor reports like time sheets and budgets
