Senior IT Principal focused on software development and cloud-native microservices within the healthcare domain, overseeing architecture, delivery, and integration acrosspremises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the writing and modifying of complex software application programs by participating in work groups that are responsible for software development, design, and quality testing
Create detailed specifications and designs for software development, conduct quality assurance reviews, and maintain programs by coding, testing, and debugging documents
Use SONAR and CheckMarx to comply with java coding standards and develop RESTFUL Web-services using Python, Gunicorn, and Flask
Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate according to AWS' sales cycle stages
Broker internal resources, tools, references and/or investments needed to execute on the business plans

Technical Overview

Proficient in Java/Spring Boot and Go, with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, and cloud platforms AWS and Azure; strong API development (REST/GraphQL/SOAP), HL7/FHIR/EHR integrations, and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Terraform).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer with 5+ years of IT experience, expert in Java/Spring Boot and Go, with cloud experience (AWS/Azure) and healthcare domain knowledge (HL7/FHIR/EHR integrations). They are capable of designing microservices architectures, driving CI/CD automation, and collaborating across teams in a hybrid work setting.
