About this role
Campaign Manager to lead and optimize high-budget paid media campaigns for lead generation and direct response, across social and search platforms. Will manage $50K+ monthly budgets, monitor key metrics, and drive ROI through testing and attribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for lead generation and direct response funnels
- Oversee and manage large monthly budgets ($50K+) with pacing and ROI optimization
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and lead quality
- Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Technical Overview
Role centers on paid media across social and search, with measurement via GA4 and GTM, and CRM-based attribution. Requires cross-channel optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven reporting to stakeholders.
