Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical support to internal business users, focusing on Windows, Microsoft Office, AD, and ticketing; remote and desk-side support with 2-4 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and application issues
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and operating system issues in a Windows environment
- Perform password resets and user account administration in Active Directory
- Support Microsoft Office and email applications
- Log, track, and resolve issues through the ticketing system
