Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical support to internal business users, focusing on Windows, Microsoft Office, AD, and ticketing; remote and desk-side support with 2-4 years of experience.

  • Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and application issues
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and operating system issues in a Windows environment
  • Perform password resets and user account administration in Active Directory
  • Support Microsoft Office and email applications
  • Log, track, and resolve issues through the ticketing system

Technical scope includes Windows, Office apps, Active Directory, password resets, ticketing systems, and both remote and desk-side support.

The ideal candidate is a mid-entry level desktop support analyst with 2-4 years of IT support experience, strong Windows and Microsoft Office skills, and Active Directory administration knowledge; familiar with ticketing systems and able to provide both remote and desk-side support.
