- Drive technology strategy and roadmaps for Digital Contracting and CX; Lead engineering, architecture & DevOps for CX platforms; Drive AI/ML initiatives (LLM/RAG) at scale; Lead and develop engineering teams; Manage strategic vendors, SLAs, and budgets
