About this role

Senior data management analyst (12-month contract) responsible for maintaining data quality and governance across master data, validating data with stakeholders, and leveraging ERP systems (AS400/SAP/S4) and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily item creation related to Material Master
Serve as primary point of contact for creation, modification and maintenance of Material Master
Ensure accuracy & completeness of Material master input
Review, analyze, and act on validation and exception reports to maintain data integrity
Identify and report supplier noncompliance, discrepancies, or inefficiencies related to item, pricing, and promotional data

Technical Overview

Focus on master data governance and ERP data management with SAP and AS400 frameworks; utilizes Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce for data liaison and reporting; emphasizes data analytics and query creation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a bilingual data management analyst with at least 2 years of master data management experience in healthcare, proficient with ERP systems (AS400/SAP/S4) and Salesforce, and strong Excel/Office skills. They should communicate effectively in English and French, coordinate with business partners, and drive data quality and governance initiatives.
