About this role
On-site IT Helpdesk/Support role handling PC and peripheral device installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install hardware, configure computers, and upgrade devices
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide technical support via help desk
- Perform system maintenance including virus scans and backups
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and security settings
